The Adrian Empire is a national medieval recreation organization. The local chapter here in the TriCities is the Duchy of Brunico, and our goal is to explore our time period (1066 to 1603) with a family friendly environment, and a great sense of fun. We hold regular skills tournaments, combat practices and project days. What skills? Archery (longbow), combat, including both broadsword and rapier styles, and many craft skills of the time period. We also explore the foods and recipes of the cultures of this time.
At Tieton Community Days we will be demonstrating combat skills for your entertainment. We will also provide you with an opportunity to Shoot-a-Knight. "What?" you say? Come buy an opportunity to shoot special arrows at our knights, test your skills, and see how well they fall to their 'deaths'. Young and old are welcome, be prepared to taunt and be taunted! It's all in fun!
